Applications are usually accepted between January and April. Decisions are usually made in July.
The program is open to graduating high school seniors who are supporters of the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender community and meet the prescribed criteria.
Family members and mentors are encouraged to work with applicants to help ensure their submissions are complete.
