The LEAGUE Foundation is looking for visionary leaders!
Executive Director
The Executive Director drives the organization's strategic mission and leads day-to-day operations of the organization.
Responsibilities will include:
Day to day operation of the Foundation
Strategic Planning and implementation
Scholarship Program (bulk of time in 2Q)
Public Relations coordination and serve as spokesperson for organization
Upkeep of Foundation website (working with web team)
Updates to application form (working with web team)
Overseeing Foundation Mailbox
Analyze and Report applicant demographics
Represent LEAGUE Foundation on LEAGUE at AT&T Board of Directors
Partner with Treasurer & CFO on all financials
Set up & facilitate Board application reviews
Facilitating annual Executive Committee elections
Scheduling and running meetings
3 - Executive Committee Meetings and 2-3 Board Meetings
1 - Annual meeting minimum, preferably 2 (In person opposite years)
1 - Scholarship Application Review
Microsoft application proficient (Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint)
Volunteer position requires 2-3 hours per month growing to 5-7 hours during Q2
Board Member
As a LEAGUE Foundation Board Member, you'll join a working board focused on fundraising, team scholarship application screening, and selecting ~12 yearly Foundation Scholars. Key skills include Collaboration, Communication, Project Management, and Fundraising.
Voluntary positions are open to a current or former AT&T employee or community member with a demonstrated ability to propel the organization forward.
